Default Red, itchy and blotchy rash.

For the last few days I've been getting this rash breaking out all over my body in patches. It's red and very itchy and kind of lumps up when I scratch it. No idea if it's related to my training but wondered if it may be the ZMA test boosters I'm using (been on them about 3 weeks) the only other supps that I use are protein shakes and some gainer to help up my weight.

    Any ideas??

No idea mate, can someone tell me the thinking behind ZMA, is there any real benefits?
Best way for success is Consitency, Common Sense & Rest. A shame it took years to figure that out

I've not had any problems with ZMA although the weather does seem to make me have a rash when its cold.

Not sure if they really work yet or not. I started on them because I'm 39, I'm strength training and tbh, my libido isn't what it was. So I figured maybe my testosterone levels aren't what they used to be. I've started to notice some minor improvements, but that could just be a psychological thing.

I used to have ZMA every night for years and I know of many people who reccomend supplementing zinc. I did feel as if it made a difference and felt I had a better nights sleep. I've been meaning to order some so thanks for the reminder!

Sorry to hijack thread but can a zinc matrix be used also as a pct to get test levels back ontrack in conjunction with say reload?
