true mates! be careful with your joints.. I never listened to my elbows or knees and all of a sudden a year ago the pain wouldn't go away at all.. I had myself a complete body check and was advised to cool down with the training for the sake of my joints.. also had to take medication for 4 weeks and supplements from then on.. so it's not worth destroying the joints for quick results... I had to deal with it for almost a year to get back on track
