    Default juice

    do most of the people training on here use "the gear" at some point or are there any on here that dont and have some before and after training pictures, thanks just wondering as i am not to clued up on these things as i have just started trying to train properly at the tender age of 53.

    There are people on here that do and that do not, it is all personal choice, I myself use AAS, some use prohormones I don't have any before and after photos but I do have a few photos taken last august, I will be 50 this year and think I should look considerably better this year ?????????? they are under post your pictures on the main page scroll down until you find the section mine is freddees photos on page two I think.....

    I used to for around 10 years but to stop due to congenital health issues thst I was born with and never knew about until I was 32.

    I loved being on gear, loved being big, loved being strong, its easy for the people who have never tried it to slag it off but if they did try, it would shut em up.

    currently trying trt out with great success..
    increases energy and mood..
    test levels of an 18 year old..why the fcuk wouldnt i...

    the trick is too supplement with not replace.

    I agree I'm now looking more in to Extremes views of SHIC and I believe that is the way to go, keep the recepters clean!!

    I'm doing a 28 day cycle at the moment.
    Days 1-10 test e 400mg eod
    Days 11-20 deca 300mg eod
    Then nothing for the next 8 days followed by my 200mg/week cruise.
    So far so good, no noticeable sides and up 11lbs in weight by day 21.

    In my opinion, thats way too much, you'd get equally as many real gains on much less.

    I would be looking at lowering the dose but adding something like proviron, but thats me! Extreme I answered that question but don't know where it has gone? Short high intensive cycle, if I remember right, you always say people stay on toooo long!!
