Training chest tonight, and felt a bit tired off work.
Flat bench, struggled to hit 10 reps, was only hitting around the 6 mark with each set.
Went onto the incline, and struggled again, with the last set i went of 5, and couldnt get the bar back up.
Silly i no, but to save shouting for help, i pushed the bar onto my lap (with me being in an incline position) then onto the floor - no problem.
2mins later, the PAIN in my left wrist is really bad, right around the sticking out boney bit. Couldnt even pick a dumbell up after that.
Conclusion:- Sprained wrist? strap up and leave for a week?
suggestions please, i hope it heals in a few days.
Wish i just asked for someone to get the weight off now.
