| Join Date: May 2008 Location: middlesbrough Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | hi i have read a few articals on the site about pro-hormones but i am still unsure about them would any one recommend them and if so which ones. i use to train 5 times a week but have just reduced it down to 3 as i am looking to put a bit of size on i am taking protein and creatine supplements but could do with a little extra help to gain the extra i am looking for thanks |
