The bloke i train with has told me he's bought some M-test tablets while he was getting his protein and asked me to have a read up about them but only found this

Mtest - 60 tablets

but wondered if anyone here had opinions on it, used it etc etc

He was told do 1 tab a day for 30 days, 2 weeks off then another 30 days @ 1 tab daily? is this recomended safe etc.

id be greatfull for any other info people may have as i cant find much on it but probably aint looking in the right places.

Thats a bizarre way to take 1-test and is a categorical no no IMO. 1-test is methylated testosterone. It will cause shutdown in exactly the same way as non methylated testosterone. The original M1T used to be incredibly harsh in this respect.

He should treat this an any other oral steroid and quite a potent one at that. 4 weeks at 20mg with a full proper (and illegal) PCT which lasts 4 weeks. He should also consider full cycle use of an AI and have a SERM on hand at all times. This 30 on - 14 off 30 on business is ridiculous though I have seen other pro-steroids marketed this way.

the shop he bought them from recomended 30 on 14 off 30 on and didnt say anything about PCT. Saying these are the next best thing to full on steriods blah blah blah. I thought it was just some test booster till i read the link above.

so this will definatly cause shut down and side effects just like AAS. i dont think he is aware of that and would probably rather not take it once i tell him that.

Cant believe the shop sold him me saying what he did

wonder how many people are taking these 1. for 30 days on 14 off and 30 on? and 2. how many have no idea about PCT etc

i used m1t years ago and suffered far worse sides than anything illegal i have taken, terrible back ache, lethargy and it definitely shut me down.
