Default Current M1T , 4AD Cycle

To introduce myself, I'm a newbie to this board, but have been training / lifting here in South Wales for about 2 1/2 years.

I'm 35 , 5'11 and 196 pounds, currently around 13% bf.
Goal would be around 210 pounds, and I want to lower my bf to 9-10%.

Got a good grasp of nutrition and am currently on a clean bulking diet of about 3500 cals.
I train cardio, early ( 6am ) morning fasted for 30mins up hill treadmill 4 times aweek.
I lift 3-4 afternoons aweek, split into shoulders/Chest , Back/Bi's, Legs/Tri's.

I am on my first 4 week M1T 4AD cycle at the moment. Been on it since monday, so today is day 6. I am on 20mg split does M1t with 600mg 4AD transdermal each day.Support supps are multivits, 800mg Milkthistle and 1g saw palmetto ED. Tamoxifen Citrate ready for PCT or any emergecies that may crop up.

My aim is post a progress report here to hopefully assist anyone else who is planning on cycling M1t.

I decided to go for 20mg MIT ed, as I usually dont react to supplements, but I have to say, this stuff is much harsher than I was expecting (And I have reaserched the subject). Results so far :

Gains.
So far, I have definately gained a little in strength but nothing to significant, about 5Kg in lifts. Recovery is improved, but cardio is becoming more difficult. Around day 5, my bi's tri's and delts started to look a bit fuller, and have got a harder feel, but this could be early water retention.
The 4ad is working well and keeping my Libido up so far.
No change to overall weight, but I started this cycle straight from a cutting diet so there could be some bf loss ocurring.

Sides.
Feel quite rough for about 3 hours after taking each M1T capsule, feels like a flu / virus. Slight lower back ache on day 5.
Appetite is down so I am having to force feed. Occasional rise in body temprature. My balls have the odd ache from time to time.
No achne, Lethargy , or gyno signs as yet.


I will probably drop the cardio after day 14 and hopefully by then I should be more used to the M1T.

thats the thing with phs` they have worse sides than the real thing.
sounds you like got things sorted out tho.
ive had some good results just from low dose dbol cycles

whats youre routine like?

This is my first (and Last) PH cycle. I wanted to give it a try before before a more traditional test / dbol cycle later in the year.

Reading what William Llywellyn has to say about M1T, i am not so sure it can be classed as anything other than a steroid.

I will put up with the sides for a while longer though as gains arent usually really noticeable until into week two.

I train along these lines, with atleast 1 rest day between :

Shoulders/Chest

Bench 2x8,2x6 to failure
Inclne dumbbell press, 2x8,2x6 to failure
Shoulder Dumbbell press 2x8 2x6 to fail
Dumbbell Lat flyes 3x10
Dumbbell front fly 3 x10 each side
Upright barbell row 3x10
Dips 2x8

Back/Bi

Lateral Pull downs 3x10, 2x6 to fail
Bent over Barbell row 3x10
Low pulley row 3 x10
Preacher curls 2x8 2x6 to fail
Barbell curls 3x10
Dumbell Curls 2 x 3x10

Legs / tri

Bench Dips 3x10
Lying french curls 3x10
Tri pull downs 3x10
Squats 3x10, 2x6 to failure
Leg press 3 x10
lying leg curls 3x10

yeah i`d drop cardio other than some walking maybe.

personally i`d say youre volume is too high-youre doing 20+sets,but thats up to you assuming youre seeing progress from training.

lol i`m a big fan off compounds exercises and dont feel the need for isolations unless youre already big enuff.

be interesting to see what your final results are.

i put some 1ad with some dbol a while back and had awful sides from 1 ad,horrible lethergy...

Tried a course of 1 Ad a few years ago. No sides at all apart from loss of libido. The gains where good as well.

Heres the first Update to my Cycle.

Gains.
Well, I can honestly say I am amazed. I checked this morning and I'm up 5 pounds in the first week. More than I was expecting for week 1. I have had 2 days off training so hopefully I will also see some strength gains later today when I train.

Sides.
I think I may have reported some of the sides mentioned above incorrectly. After sneezing all day yesterday, it appears that I have caught a cold .
That would account for some of the aches and flu like symtoms.
I am deffinately starting to hold a little water now. My ankles are slightly puffy looking, so I guess thats a sure sign.
Apart from that nothing new.

The 4AD is still working on Libido and Lethargy.

Looking forward to bigger gains this week!

2nd Update to my cycle :

Today is day 12, and using 20mg M1t ed, and 600mg 4-AD ed.

Gains
Only another 3 Pounds this week. The M1T is really suppressing my appetite and I am struggling to consume 3500 Cals in solid food. Will probably start on some MR shakes next week to try to pack in the cals.
Strength is up, adding 5-10kg plates on all lifts.

Sides
This weeks cold has gone now. Doubled up on multivits and this seemed to help. My ankles are puffy (water retention), and my stomach is becoming distended due to the extra food. i am looking forward to shifting that after the cycle. Ball ache has gone, still no lethargy, blood pressure is up a little but no problems as of yet.
Getting a little back and joint ache, but I think this is due to the increase in weight I have been lifting.

The 4-AD transdermal is becoming a pain in the ass to apply. It takes to much time in the mornings. Apart from that all OK, and will continue into week 3

3rd Update to Cycle

Today is day 21, using 20mg M1T ed and 600mg 4-AD ed transdermal.

Gains.
Well, I have reached my target weight of 210 pounds. Thats an increase of 14 pounds in 21 days. Strength was right up last week, but seems to have hit a plateau during todays traing session. Still up to normal though.

Sides
Not a bad week all in all. Still holding water and stomach is distended due to volume of solid food. Blood pressure is up a little, but generally feeling OK. Slight Back ache, but I am sure its from lifting more than usual.
Considering up-ing the Milk Thistle to 1000mg ed.

If all is well by day 28, I will extend the cycle to 31 days, to give a full calender month. I have read that gains should start to slow this week, so I will wait to see.

I have also thought about up-ing the M1T to 30mg ed - Anybody have any thoughts on this ??

I am running a course of it at the moment, mainly because I was given a bottle for more or less nothing and I thought that I may as well give it a go.

I started on 10 mg a day to see how it was, now I am on 30 mg ed. Diet suppression is the main side affect as you have noticed yourself....normally I have a huge appetite, but now I struggle to eat. Sometimes I feel absolutely knackard, but then again I have a very physically demanding job and I cant rule that out as a cause.

Also pumps seem a bit more painful than normal.

What make of M1t are you on? Keep us updated.

i really can't see the point, your gain been 14lbs in 21 days. It's all water nothing else but water retention. I very much doubt if any of your gains will be kept. id rather gain 1 pound in 21 days and keep it and if i gain 1 pound each month then thats almost 1 stone in a whole year, i dont like fast gains, i dont think its healthy. Be interesting when u come of keep us all informed on how quick your gains drop off. And then let us know where your weight kind of stabilises.

Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though....
