Bro, I assume given you've been running one week cycles you haven't been doing PCT.

Important things that can aid liver detoxification are:

- Milk Thistle
- NAC
- SAM-e

I suggest you do a bit of reading on this site about PCT and it's importance - if you haven't done it you may need to get various hormonal levels checked as well as liver values.

http://www.labtestsonline.org.uk/

Above is a good link for reading on tests. If you aren't english, remove the .uk.

Another thing you need to watch out for is that regular exercise will raise your AST/ALT values, so stop training for a week or so prior to a blood test - it's the GGT value that will really show up any major problems.

razg no offence but you assume wrong . I’ve been reading you chat for more then 1 yr .very good one, lot of information, that what made me take m1t.
You know everyone on m1t is worry about the liver toxicity so I thought that I should have it tested as well. I wander if the GP will do .

Ok, if you've been doing research for a year, what stroke of genius inspired you to run one week cycles?

lol good old raz , but he does have a point luis.

If you have access to bupa you can ask for a full medical and you should be able to get the tests done

There it seems to be a misunderstanding to what one week cycle it means to some people.
To clarify: 1week m1t +3weeks pct = 1cycle
But this is not the point. What I would like to know is if the GP (NHS) would send me for the tests. :?:

just ask your gp to take a blood sample and he/she will send it away to get done. ask for a copy of it and if they refuse their at it as its your right to have a copy, worth keeping so you can compare your scores a you get more done in the future.

Luis, if you've been doing that cycle you have nothing to worry about, I doubt if its enough to cause you any gains in all honesty, but it wont screw you up.

You should read some of the posts about pro hormone use and see how the others are doing it.
