Important things that can aid liver detoxification are: - Milk Thistle - NAC - SAM-e I suggest you do a bit of reading on this site about PCT and it's importance - if you haven't done it you may need to get various hormonal levels checked as well as liver values. http://www.labtestsonline.org.uk/ Above is a good link for reading on tests. If you aren't english, remove the .uk. Another thing you need to watch out for is that regular exercise will raise your AST/ALT values, so stop training for a week or so prior to a blood test - it's the GGT value that will really show up any major problems. |

I’ve been reading you chat for more then 1 yr .very good one, lot of information, that what made me take m1t. You know everyone on m1t is worry about the liver toxicity so I thought that I should have it tested as well. I wander if the GP will do . |

To clarify: 1week m1t +3weeks pct = 1cycle But this is not the point. What I would like to know is if the GP (NHS) would send me for the tests. :?: |

You should read some of the posts about pro hormone use and see how the others are doing it. www.extremenutrition.co.uk ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition!
