| Under Construction | I want to run a cycle of SD, but there is a few things scaring me away from doing so. I'm 21 and I don't want to screw up my endocrine system. I don't want to end up on HRT or end up not able to keep an erection by the time I'm 30. I don't want to be infertile long before I've even thought about having kids. I've heard about all of these horror stories and they are whats keeping me from doing my first cycle. I am an experienced lifter in a bit of a rut. What do you guys think about this? |

If you are seriously worried about it, dont do SD.. ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

If you do SD don't do more than three weeks, and make sure you buy some anti cholesterol gubbins: http://www.myprotein.co.uk/now-foods...ast-and-coq10/ or http://www.myprotein.co.uk/now-foods...olicosanol.cfm I would go with the RYR as it contains natural statins, it was banned in the USA because the compounds in RYR as so similar to the stuff that docs prescribe for poor cholesterol. The RYR in the link has a few additional goodies in there. Then possibly buy some NAC for additional liver protection, if not NAC then some more milkthistle. Three weeks of sd won't fcuk you up for life, but it is VERY harsh. Three weeks max I reckon and make sure you've got your ancillaries sorted. |
