any suggestions on what ph i should run this time round. superdrol last time but wanna keep away from the methyls at the mo. or could wiat a bit longer and go for m-1t??

yeah but I dont see it as a problem. I read a post buy GTforce( i think) that was about early steriod use. In it there were certain things that in his opininion should be acieved before taking steroids. the only box i cant tick is the " been training for 5 years". Been training for about 2, maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less. I dont see the problem of people using AAS/PH to reach their genetic potential quicker. Its better than people that use them to exceed their potential so they have to continually take them to maintain that weight. Its not like i havent made any gains either. went to the docs yesterday for a check up and on his computer he had my weight down as 8stone. this was at 21 and i now am 24. ive actually gained more than i thought. does this make a difference andy, do you still think i should leave them for now??

It's your choice Kruz, you seem like a nice guy.

But if I were you I think you have at least another 30lbs in ya from just food alone, that is your best PH/AAS.

How tall are you pal?

think im about 5'10". just started reading Brawn. gonna leave them for a bit because got some ideas from the read but might get some in stock. never can tell whats gonna happen with laws etc any suggestions then.

At 5ft 10'' you should easily be able to hit 180-90 by food alone...and you're a long way off!

Sounds to me like you're going to need stupid amounts of calories to gro, like 6000+

I really agree with andy here. You really shouldnt be doing steroids (yes, M1T and all prohormones are pretty much steroids), at 5'10 i'd say the minimum you should be for even considering these substances is about 12 stone, and thats at a low bodyfat.

I have recently bumped up my eating and gained a stone naturally within the last 6 weeks, i've shot through a plateau and of course maybe 7lbs of this stone is fat, but my point is that you need to eat your heart out. 10 stone at 5'10 is still probably underweight ! i'd say you need to be 2 stone above your 'average joe' weight for your height before even considering them.

sorry to hijack the post - but crazycal - your looking huge m8! and ripped. good effort. that dbol only cycle seems to have done the job for you.

now to the question....... i would use creatine for a few months and eat loads, whilst also supplementing with protein shakes an then see how you get on m8.

If you then feel like your ready for steroids, i would personally saty away from pro hormones and pro steroids etc and just use the real thing. injecting is far more effective and safer. theres no point putting your body through the strain of prohormaones to see limited results. im not saying they are crap - but roids work best and are safer (injectables).

Kruz you sound like you are like my frame , an ectomorph

ask Nick 500 , he can vouch for me : my frame is as skinny as can be , and im 5"10 too but eating good and protein shakes have got me to 12 stone and a bit which i think is about 165 pounds or so

So just eat good, buy some creatine and protein shakes and train hard for now i think.

Watch that you dont overtrain, have plenty of carbs, and plenty of protein + oil supps like cod liver and flax.
