guys you have no idea how much of a hard gainer i am. this is my average daily food intake.

8am massive bowl muesli and 30g protein shake

10,30am 1 chicken breast 2 slices wholemeal bread 1 apple

1pm massive bowl of brown pasta with pesto 1 can of tuna

3pm smaller portion of above with protein shake

5.30pm large sweet potatoe chicken breast brocolli

8pm cup of oats 1 bannana 30g protein some coconut milk in blender, yum

bed at 10-11pm protein shake apple or maybe some raw carrots

think ive been neglecting squats though which according to Brawn is probably my major downfall at the moment. did some today though, it went great.

Crazycal is it ok if i pm you in a few days time to ask you a few things about brawn and how you applied it to yourself. I might just start a new thread actually, have lots of you read it??

kruz....

your diet really isn't that much, probably 2750 cals or less. If your not gaining just eat more !

It takes time to put muscle on. You gotta be patient. If you use 1-test then ur not gonna put on 20 pounds of muscle in a cycle. Be patient & you'll grow.

I have to give the guy some credit , he has been running a strict diet and seems to be exersizing quite hard, maybe he should do some roids?

He isn't eating enough to grow, especially as a hardgainer.

I wouldn't grow on that and i'm not a hardgainer.

Roids are no substitute for food!

I just saw your pics in the other section of the forum and I think now that you can do alot better than that without steroids, no offence but steroids i would guess are probably the last resort when you simply cant gain anymore naturally ( I have never used so these are all guesses ) , and you obviously can gain alot more , maybe its time to rework your actual workout or just try training with more intensity.

i agree with the above, i'm horrified to see that you have already done superdrol, which is a steroid.... And to gain only 7lbs in 4 weeks on your first cycle at around 10 stone, a sign that even on cycle u weren't eating anywhere near enough...

ok guys we all make mistakes. so im gonna turn things around. how about some diet tips to help me bump up the calories. just find it hard to eat so much.
