| Making Progress | guys you have no idea how much of a hard gainer i am. this is my average daily food intake. 8am massive bowl muesli and 30g protein shake 10,30am 1 chicken breast 2 slices wholemeal bread 1 apple 1pm massive bowl of brown pasta with pesto 1 can of tuna 3pm smaller portion of above with protein shake 5.30pm large sweet potatoe chicken breast brocolli 8pm cup of oats 1 bannana 30g protein some coconut milk in blender, yum bed at 10-11pm protein shake apple or maybe some raw carrots think ive been neglecting squats though which according to Brawn is probably my major downfall at the moment. did some today though, it went great. Crazycal is it ok if i pm you in a few days time to ask you a few things about brawn and how you applied it to yourself. I might just start a new thread actually, have lots of you read it?? ______________________ eat beef get big!!! |
