well i was a smoker,up till i was rushed into hospital with aa problem breathin,it turned out it was broncil asma,well that was just over 18 months ago,hence why im bag trainin,and after a trip back to the hospital 3 months ago the doctor said it was a fantastic recovery and if he did not know better he would never of known i was a smaoker,so to alll those smokers out there give it in
