| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: England Posts: 28 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi, I'm on a 5-6 week cycle on 1-ad. My wife has decided to book a last minute holiday so I'll have to finish training in a weeks time, 3 and a half weeks into the cycle. I have 6-oxo and tribulus for my PCT and was wondering when I should start them and stop the PH. My other concern is that I may not be able to train whilst away and, if this is the case, would I lose more of my gains if I stop the PH and stop training at the same time? Thanks |

| Making Progress Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Way Out West Posts: 578 Rep Power: ![]() | 3 and a half weeks into the cycle is definitely enough to suppress your natural test production so I'd definitely start the 6-OXO at 600mg a day. If you don't train for a couple of weeks you'll start to loose some gains so I'd suggest you take some bands with and do bodyweight exercises like press-ups. Also try and keep you calories above maintenance to avoid muscle loss. ______________________ IronArena.com |

When you finish up the 1-AD start taking the 6-OXO the day after, 600mg in one dose at night. After two weeks you can drop it down to 300mg.
