Default M1T GAINS

I completed a 2 week cycle of M1T, 1 week 10mg and 1 week 20mg.
Now i have just about finished pct, i used rebound for pct as i couldn't get any nolva.
I noticed that most of my gains have gone. I had gained 7kgs in 2 weeks alothough some would be water retention and some was fat,due to bulking diet.
Can anyone recommend something for keeping gains, i also worried about male pattern baldness will saw palmetto help with this?
Another issue was i was feeling very drained all day for two weeks, just looking for advice before i cycle again

You should really be bulking in PCT. Remember if you gained 14lbs on ur cycle, your metabolism will be a lot higher. Maybe even 500cals a day.

That means what was maintenance before is now 500under. Thats probably y u lost the gains in PCT, because u were eating sub maintenance calories.
