pro hormone dosages and length of cycle

hi, when running a pro hormone cycle - for example 19 nor or superdrol, how long is best to run it for and waht gains and sideys can be expected and how much will it cost for the whole cycle. From what iv seen so far it s pretty cheap - so is it actually gona give me any permenant gains or stength increases. Iv heard a few ppl say that theres no point in taking PH's, and that its better to just get straight on with using gear. thanks simon

It depends on which prohormones you are reffering to, some can be run for longer than other and some have more sides than others.

As for costs the actual chemicals are that expensive, when you start to take into account the ancilliaries (extra food, PCT, liver support, prostate support etc.) it soons adds up.
