I run the milk thistle throughout the cycle as well as all year round.

Personally I wouldn't run two methyls together at the same time due to the liver toxicity, unfortunately I can't find any studies to prove this but the general consensus is that drinking alcohol whilst using M1T is a no-no due, not only, to reduced gains but extra strain on the liver, so why use another liver toxic substance in addition to the M1T???

As long as you're eating, training and resting correctly M1T @ 10mg ed will help put quite some size on you in two weeks.
