I've noticed that my left nipple seems to have some tissue behind it. There is one lump very small kind of like a bubble. It might just be fatty tissue since I'm not that far into the cycle (and it may have been there before starting I can't be sure.) I don't have any pain/tenderness/or itchiness at all though. I'm paranoid however. Is there a proper way to check for gyno? Should I start taking nolva just to be safe? Any help would be appreciated. |

M1T has been known to spike prolactin levels which is of concern. To combat this you could take 600mg of vit B6 spread out evenly through the day. I agree with everyone else that its probably paranoia. just keep monitoring them and if they get worse hit the nolva (i presume you have some). | ||

Nolva is very effective at treating gyno in the early stages. As others have said you're probably being a bit paranoid. We've all had gyno scares |
