It's much better than taking orals unless the orals are methylated. Reason being, the stomach and the liver eat away a good portion of the PH before it gets through, but with transdermal delivery, you bypass the two and get more absorption. I myself have never used 1-Hydroxytest from Legal Gear, but I have used other transdermal delivery PHs. They are top notch.
