U can talk about BODYBUILDING, TRAINING, DIET theres even a section called everything else where u can talk about whatever the hell u want.
U dont have to use ph/ps/juice to be a bodybuilder there for a specific purpose like when u have exhausted yourself so much that they become necessary for progress which in your case they are not.
U can use protein carbs and fats to improve thats what u can use and talk about for god's sake mate do u even actually train u dont seem to know anything which is fine im not hatin we all start somewhere but ppl who dont know anything dont juice at 18 wonder why their ass hurts and post ridiculous ph cycles ______________________
