Default And The Cycle Begins - Log of 1AD

Ok tommorrow is the first day of my 1AD cycle ive posted at length the cycle but after a little more research and a few moderations im gona run 400mg 4 2 weeks and 600 in the last two weeks. As its my first cycle and im a little young decided against running a 6 week cycle.

Im gona keep a log on here of how its going, sides,how I feel,increases in weight and strength and my workouts and diet to keep myself in check so I can look back on excatly how it went at the end of it and also think it will be useful for other members particlarly those who are inexperienced in this stuff and have never ran a cycle before.

Il do some proper pics at tomo and then at 2,4 and 8 weeks.

Im real excited right now so bring on tomo is all I can say. Take it easy

1st tab just taken was kinda nervous/excited anyway taken with 2 protein shakes 2 pieces brown bread 3 whole eggs. 1 litre water aswel as a shit load of other tablets that i take. Would try to eat more in the morning but not really a mornin person.

Anyway will post at end of the day after the gym bcoz got a full day of uni lined up unfortunately. Any1 know how long it will be b4 the lethargy kicks in

good luck bro! all this 1-ad talk got me real excited myself i don't know if i can wait another 2 weeks but i'ma try, the CEE is so awesome that is the only thing stopping me from being on 1-ad right now to be honest

be good to know what your stats are, weight, guns and BF% in particular as thats what i try and measure each week

i look forward to hearing how your cycle goes

After Full Day at uni gona hit the gym in an about an hour meal 2 was 130 g tuna 1 piece brown bread 1 protein shake plus 1 litre water and supplements. That was around 1 .30
il take pictures and list stats after the gym. Also id just like to big up a few people ampntabs from David's website for the discounts they gave me and the fact that they got me nolva in 2 days (Ship from the UK real cheap 2) ampntabs.com check it out ,and Stu from discount supps for discounts. Get my CEE tomo gona save it 4 pct thou i think. Anywatyz off to eat and then gym. Oh il list this in the journal section if the mod's want coz it is gona be a kinda 4 week intense journal althou not so much in pct.

I would run the cycle for 6 weeks, 4 weeks isnt much at all considering it takes a while to kick in.

4.30 meal 1 banana 1 yoghurt 250g turkey 3rd tab of 1ad plus other sups

wel il make the decision at the end of my second week then i guess after running 400mg 4 2. Very good training session heavy tris and v. light chest day

took 2 post workout shakes and supps gonna eat and take final 1ad at around 9 then eat again at 12

wel day 1 almost over and done with no noticeable sides as yet obviously. Wish i didnt have to go right ana essay on Justinian's digest ****ing uni.

ate late yday ended up talkin to some1 til 2.30 thou which didnt help my sleep but trust me shes worth it . anyway

Day2
Ok food been good althou ive overdone it with the protein shakes and nowhere near enough carbs yet. cap times have been 10.45 3.00 6.10 so far
Trained shoulders
Felt a little lethargic in the gym today but probably lack of sleep and too little carbs.
Got a big delvery from discount supps through the post so all my pct is in place quite relieved plus tried CEE pre workout just to see the taste **** me is that shit horrible i expected no taste when it completely disapperared when i put it in water. Plus my weight flucuated really violently down 3 pounds yday up 4 today but my weight does flucuate quite a lot.

Anyway current stats are
height around 5,8 5,9
weight 165 pounds
bis are 15.5
bodyfat not sure gona get it measured at gym tomo
expect it to be pretty low thou.

Do you always weigh yourself at the same time. try to do it as soon as u get up, after ur pee.

today sucks ive had to take a day off the gym which i hate doing bcoz ive got so much ****ing uni work. This is literally how i regulate myself from overtraining otherwise i would just train twice a day everyday. Diet been good but not quite enough was in library 1 - 4.30. so ate 12.30 4.45 so far stil no sidies lethargy i felt yday pretty much gone must have been nothing to do with it which i thought as its way too early.

Anyway presentation on natural law jurisprudence to look 4ward to tomo then im gona cain the gym at 6.

Ok Got through Friday's Uni work just had to take 1ad at awkward times and didnt sleep enough but ate very well and still managed to train. Trained back
Yday was really tired did 1 hour biceps then 250 press ups today hardcore leg day but got a twinge in my lower back so may have to lay off for the day but i doubt it.
Very paranoid about sides at the moment every time i get so much as a tiny feeling in my chest im worried and ive been really lethargic althou this could just be not sleeping properly althou I doubt how lethargic ive been can be down to just this alone.
Weight wise ive put on 2 pounds so far so really happy most of this will be the placebo effect probably thou. Also I do think i look a little better generally diet has been ultra clean so far althou probably not enough
