WOW when i posted saying ive put on 2 pounds i hadnt been on the scales today **** trained 6-8 chest really intense had to put the leg workout off til tomo bcoz of lower back pain. Really good workout tremendously impressed think this stuff may have kicked in as been terribly lethargic in the afternoons of the past two days and today's workout was awesome.

Anyways was bloated up like a balloon but post workout which is when i always weigh myself which obviously is why it varies i was 170

Another super clean eating day I know ppl will tell me to shovel food in and get as big as I can but this really is not my aim my food intake at the moment is something like 300g protein 100g carbs 30-40g fat and this works for me.

Watched Ronnie Coleman b4 been walking around the gym 4 two hours shouting lightweight baby awesome day very pleased.

monday did a short leg day and then 8 bicep sets. Yday took the day off and was up real late away from home so ****ed up my tablet times a little but shes worth it.
Today goin hit the gym at 8 for the last two hours maybe il go now im not sure. Been a bit pre - occupied with uni stuff and a certain lady as of late look in good shape thou just need to kick my motivation back into overdrive just having one of those days. Nick is training just cardio and lightweights for two weeks as well and training on ure own sucks. Anyway hope today goes well diet as always has been spot on thou. Will post stats after the gym

did a good shoulder day wednesday then wanted to do triceps on thurs but my elbow was giving me grief so had to do half tricep half lats days which was kinda weird. Took day off yday and have just finished a short shoulders and biceps workout. Gona do short tricep big leg day tomo.

Every1 is saying how much bigger i look all the time now its ridiculous been staedy increase in weight so far up about 5/6 pounds dry and this stuff isnt even supposed to have properly kicked in yet. Gona go all out these last two weeks (wel 17 days) bcoz now is when it really counts for me i guess. Anyway really pleased so far.

oh side effects are definately noticeable so far. I cant seem to motivate myself for anything and my libido is really down. Its not that i physically couldnt if u get what im saying its just like i have a lethargic attitude to life in general v. weird. This also is not the best time 4 this either it really isn't.

sounds like its going great for you man, so you done almoast 2 weeks now and put on a good 5-6lbs? how much did you put on after week 1? i'll be weighing-in tomorrow morning so we'll see how much i've put on in my first week

have you felt any strength changes yet so far?

shame to hear about the lethargy that really sucks dude, thats another reason why i stacked with the 4ad, i can't stand having that lethargic (can't be bothered to go out) feeling, its a killer!

its been totally steady bro around 2.5 pounds week 1 and it wil b around 3/4 by the end of week 2 so around 6 in total. Not so much strength as endurance which is strange like ive done so completely ridiculous sets at times. I did 20 dips with 10kg on thursday thats ****ing ridiculous and 16 with a 15kg but shoulder press and bench have increased a little but nothing dramatic. Got a chest day tomo big 1 first time ive trained with nick 4 a while so will post how it goes and exact lifts.

Yeah the lethargy has been a killer got a new missus kinda on the go and it aint helping shit plus got loads of work on right now so worked out a bad time really ah wel

but the amount of ppl who have commented is ridiculous so i aint complainin

Hope ure first week results go wel man

Ok just back from gym chest day. Was the Best Day i have ever had by a mile. Broke two pb's and my strength was awesome. After 8 sets of bench did incline dumbells thought seen as it was a good day id warm up on the 30kg's as in 60kg total i benched 19 reps b4 i got quite scared and put them down. Nick was quite amazed i think. I also beched 110kg for 2 reps which i haven't done in a long time.

Althou i was really disappointed got my bodyfat measured by a machine which tests in on hydration levels apparently ive never had it done b4 and it was 13.2 now look at my pic in post ure pics im a little more cut than that am i really 13.2 that seems really bad to me.

sounds good man, well done on the PB's, if your getting out shit like 19 reps that is gonna be a strength increase and you should whack the weights up

man i hear you on the bodyfat shit! i'm up at 15% now! starting to lose the cuts in my arms a little, cuts across the top of my chest are long gone, obliques are crap, abs suck! (you can still see my top abs but man they are nothing like when i was down at 9%), and my face is lookin like a balloon, i just called off a date with this chick that i'm crazy about man... she is the girl of my dreams can't believe she is interested in me but i'm too afraid to see her now because i look so crap, i'ma try n' put it off for like 3-4 months, lol! na, i dunno what i'ma do, wait till i get some more mass on i think that might cheer me up a bit more, i've still seen little change up by a kg or so but so is my BF

yeah the 30kgs were a warm up set but expected like 12 when i got to 19 was ****in crazy. Dnt expect too much yet bro most of my first week gains were from day 5 until then didnt really c much. Strength aside from in little improvements here and there only was really noticeable today which i think is day 13.

Yeah the chick thing is causing me problems too bro. Literally finally got a girl i been on and off with 4 8 months we worked out the other day, and believe she is amazing n maybe a little outta my league n things arent as excited as they should be. My cycle really is only gona be 4 weeks i aint giving up that oppurtunity 4 another 2. (I can just see all the older real serious bodybuilders right now on the board thinking stupid vain ****ing kids )

Dont worry about the gains yet bro trust they will come just keep ure diet in check which im sure it is and u aint got nothin to worry about.
