| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 76 Rep Power: ![]() | hi all after spending all summer tending to my pregnant girl friend i have let the training severly slip so i decided to order some u.l. m1t just after some advice really i used juice (dianabol)years ago when i was 17 for a bit and got some good gains but didnt really understand what i was doing now i am older and wiser (i hope) i am looking to do things properly this time but am not totally sure what to do dose wise was thinking 10 mg a day do i split this 5mg morn and eve??? also what should i be taking with it was gonna use milk thistle but am unsure how much to take do i take it before m1t during cycle or after cycle??? is there anything else i need??? so before i ramble into eternity can someone show me the way for the whole thing cycles other supps doses e.t.c. thankz in advance ______________________ i wanna be big i will be big im gonna be big!! |

| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 76 Rep Power: ![]() | hi meathead just weighed my self and after all the yo yoing with my weight (thanks e.c.a.!!!) and now with my daughter been born there was no time to work out i am 15 stone 9 and 5'11 6'00 tall although if im perferfectly honest most of that weight is lard now :x ______________________ i wanna be big i will be big im gonna be big!! |

| Making Progress | Inj that case, take 6months or so to lose the excess flab and get a decent base. Then start thinking about PH/Roids. I can set you up a very good workout program/diet/supp routine. For a very fast weightloss with muscle gains also for a very small fee(I am a student, gotta get cash from somewhere). Just so you know, I am also training the 2nd Place Mr teen australia, and 1 other person. They are both getting great gains! | Making Progress | Moray, I agree with some of that, but you skimp on some things: 1. it is the M1T itself, not a cold that causes the shitty feeling 2. PCT should be 3-4 weeks at least. I wouldalso use 4ad for a M1T cycle, something like this: 1-8 300-400mg Transdermal 4ad 3-4 and 7-8 5-15mg M1T(start low, build up) weeks 1-2 and 5-6 NO M1T. |

| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 76 Rep Power: ![]() | thanks for the advice guys i got it now its legal gear liquid caps(ordered the underground labs but got these for 7 a bottle!!!!) gonna start at the gym next monday also got a pot of creatine left over from my last attempt at it all will i benefit from using this as well??? dbol is a possibility but its so damn expensive now m1t is far cheaper gonna order some 6 oxo and milk thistle now these tabs i have also have nac in them any idea what this is???? ______________________ i wanna be big i will be big im gonna be big!! |

dbol ain't that exepensive compared, i can get 100 x 5mg of russians for just 15 locally, but i guess m1t is dirt cheap! @ 7 for a cycles worth don't use 6-oxo, for m1t you'll NEED tamoxifen citrate, go check the steroid boards for sources its easy enough to find and much cheaper than 6-oxo too good luck | |

| hey man put ure cycle off for a few weeks whilst u get back into training and do a little research on M1t to maximise ure gains. Theres articles all over the internet Bodybuilding.com is a great place to start. 4 my 2 cents As Godfather says 6 oxo is not enough u wil need nolva and u may wana run a few more supps than just milk thistle money permitting as costs on these ph/ps cycles can spiral as im finding out right now. pm ampsntabs on steroidforum.co.uk 4 ure nolva/tamo needs they ship from UK so hassle free. Also any other qs feel free to ask ive spent the last few months researching and there are some very knowledgeable people on the board who really know there shit and can help u out. U definately seem to have the will to do this right and good luck to u sure it will go great. And congrats on ure baby man since i dont think any1s said this, yet boy or girl. I got a 2 year old nephew stopped doing cardio a long time ago lose about 2 stone trying to keep up with the little bastard ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |
