| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: England Posts: 28 Rep Power: ![]() | I am about to start my first PH cycle next week. I currently take about the recommended amount of protein (1 gram per lb bodyweight) as well as creatine, vitamins and minerals. Should I continue taking these suppliments as I am, or increase the amout I take? Is there any other basic suppliments or foods that I should consider as well? Thanks |

You will need to train harder than you have ever done before and be very strict with your diet. Just my 2pence worth! |

Get off the creatine as it won't help you on a PH cycle.. just bloat you up w/ water. Get your calories at least 500 over maintenance or more. I also wouldn't do PH's without having fish/flax oil, milk thistle, taurine, and a good lineup for PCT ______________________ thricefan@cyber-rights.net You have to do what others won't to achieve what others don't. |
