Default First cycle

I am about to start my first PH cycle next week. I currently take about the recommended amount of protein (1 gram per lb bodyweight) as well as creatine, vitamins and minerals. Should I continue taking these suppliments as I am, or increase the amout I take? Is there any other basic suppliments or foods that I should consider as well?

I would try to double your protein intake and possibly lay off the creatine - you can always use it again after.

You will need to train harder than you have ever done before and be very strict with your diet.

Yeah I'd work on getting the protein up to either 1.5x body weight or 2x. Get off the creatine as it won't help you on a PH cycle.. just bloat you up w/ water. Get your calories at least 500 over maintenance or more. I also wouldn't do PH's without having fish/flax oil, milk thistle, taurine, and a good lineup for PCT

What does your cycle consist of?

Please dont say M1T(not for a 1st cycle anyway)

Please say you do have PCT, a very very good diet(1000cals a day over maintenance) and you train very hard.

On cycle, try to train each muscle 2x a week.

out of interest meathead could you post your diet? just a rough idea would be cool.
