| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | S1+ - 2 Bottle (4 week) Cycle: WK1: day 1-7 2 servings (4 sprays) a day post workout = 12 servings WK2: day 8-15 2 servings (5 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 14 servings (26) WK3: day 16-23 2 servings (5 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 14 servings (40) WK4: day 24-31 2 servings (6 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 16 servings (56) PCT will be nolva, something like 40mg 1st week, 20-40mg 2nd week, 20mg 3rd week, and if needed 20mg 4th week dose that look okay for a 1st cycle? the reason its only a 4 week cycle is for that reason (will be my first Pro-Steroid cycle), i've heard you can run 6 weeks on S1+ but i'll see how the 4 week cycle goes to start with obviously unlike M1T, S1+ is transdermal... so i won't need liver protection but are there any other supplements essential to use while running S1+? thanks |

| Making Progress | The dosages are waaaay too low. You should at least double them. 4 squirts is only 80mg 1T. You need about 200mg a day to get decent results. That is 5 squirts 2x a day. I would run this dosage for 6 weeks, as u wont start to feel results until the middle of the 3rd week. Post workout is not a good time to administer, as u will be sweating a lot. The best time is after a shower. Try to make it 12 hrs apart. |

okay to clear things up i made a typo on the 1st week line, i meant 2 servings x 4 squirts a day (morning and post workout), as in 8 squirts a day total (remember this is my 1st pro hormone stack so i'm not gonna rush the dose up too fast) by post workout i mean i will workout, have my PWO shake, walk back to my halls, have a nice shower, apply the S1+ then eat my PWO meal so don't worry I won't be applying it right after my last set (sweating my arse off) in the gym mirrors by the weights section with the whole gym watching me! and i work out evening, so if i apply in the morning say 8:30, then after my evening workout will be roughly 20:30, so 12 hrs apart thanks anyway | |

Strength going up nicely, arms up more than half and inch, and overall looking bigger.
