Default my proposed S1+ cycle...

S1+ - 2 Bottle (4 week) Cycle:

WK1: day 1-7 2 servings (4 sprays) a day post workout = 12 servings
WK2: day 8-15 2 servings (5 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 14 servings (26)
WK3: day 16-23 2 servings (5 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 14 servings (40)
WK4: day 24-31 2 servings (6 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 16 servings (56)

PCT will be nolva, something like 40mg 1st week, 20-40mg 2nd week, 20mg 3rd week, and if needed 20mg 4th week

dose that look okay for a 1st cycle?

the reason its only a 4 week cycle is for that reason (will be my first Pro-Steroid cycle), i've heard you can run 6 weeks on S1+ but i'll see how the 4 week cycle goes to start with

obviously unlike M1T, S1+ is transdermal... so i won't need liver protection but are there any other supplements essential to use while running S1+?

Your cycle looks fine. As for as supps, just ur basic things u should take anyway like proteins, fish/flax oil, maybe hawthorne berry, B6 & 12, possible Taurine if you get lower back cramps

how much of the hawthorne berry would you recommend? it helps with blood pressure right?

The dosages are waaaay too low.

You should at least double them.

4 squirts is only 80mg 1T. You need about 200mg a day to get decent results.

That is 5 squirts 2x a day.

I would run this dosage for 6 weeks, as u wont start to feel results until the middle of the 3rd week.

Post workout is not a good time to administer, as u will be sweating a lot. The best time is after a shower.

Try to make it 12 hrs apart.

hey your deffinatly on my case

okay to clear things up i made a typo on the 1st week line, i meant 2 servings x 4 squirts a day (morning and post workout), as in 8 squirts a day total (remember this is my 1st pro hormone stack so i'm not gonna rush the dose up too fast)

by post workout i mean i will workout, have my PWO shake, walk back to my halls, have a nice shower, apply the S1+ then eat my PWO meal

so don't worry I won't be applying it right after my last set (sweating my arse off) in the gym mirrors by the weights section with the whole gym watching me!

and i work out evening, so if i apply in the morning say 8:30, then after my evening workout will be roughly 20:30, so 12 hrs apart

yes it's a BP help, I usually take 2 caps which in my case is 2.5g per day, usually taken w/ lunch meal since i'm almost sure it's fat soluble.

What does Taurine do? Im curious since Im sometimes having a bit of tension in my lower back after deadlift

It's an amino acid and tends to give relief to the "pump" that ppl get while they're on cycle. M1t/dbol are known for the painful lower back pumps u get and during my m1t cycle I took taurine @ 2g per day and i had no pain.

I supplement with taurine pre workout for its energy boosting effects. it also increases my pumps :s

I have been on s1+ for about 2 weeks and the results are amazing. Strength going up nicely, arms up more than half and inch, and overall looking bigger.

Unless you are seeing signs of gyno no cycle, you don't really need any anti-e's, just do something afterwards to get your body regular again, and to get the johnson back in action.
