Default my 1st M1T/4derm cycle (advice/crit please)

dose this look okay for a 1st pro-roid cycle?

M1T / 4DERM CYCLE

M1T - Typical 1 bottle (4 week) cycle

WK1: day 1-7 5mg morning and 5mg evening = 14 tabs

WK2: day 8-15 5mg morning and 5mg evening = 14 tabs (28)

WK3: day 16-23 5mg morning and 10mg evening = 21 tabs (49)

WK4: day 24-27/till finish 5mg morning and 10mg evening = 11 tabs (60)

(play with dosage, if results are great in 2nd week at 10mg a day then stay at that an extra week)

4derm - 2 bottles (4 week) cycle

WK1: day 1-7 2 servings (3-4 sprays each) a day = 14 servings

WK2: day 8-15 2 servings a day = 14 servings

WK3: day 16-23 2 servings a day = 14 servings

WK4: day 24-31 2 servings a day = 14 servings (56)

(depends on how i respond to M1T, if lethargic and loss of libdo then increase the doseages from 4 to 5 or 6 sprays)


obviously its just an outline, nothing set it stone, have to see how i react!

then i will run nolva pct, 60mg a day 1st week, then 40mg a day 2nd week, then 20mg a day 3rd and 4th weeks

also i will run milk thistle in pct (to aid liver), zma (to help with test) and maybe creatine (to help keep the gains up, if so how long should i stay on the creatine for)?

i will use glutamine, and ala during cycle and in pct?

any thing that i am missing or needs changing? any advice is much appriciated!

hello The Godfather welcome to the board

ive just finished a course of mit myself, i would say up the dosage to 20mg a day.

10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening

run this dosage for 3 weeks,

and on the 4th week you could maybe try 30mg a day,depending on how you feel.

your pct looks fine, personally i wouldnt go back on the creatine until the pct is finished.

you may get the lethargy i did, what i found was caffeine tabs worked very well,and virtually made it dissapear,

also make sure you eat very well,the better you eat the better your gains will be,so no junk food at all

keep us all posted on how you get on, people will look back and read up on this, plus it might help them when they want to do the same course

ala? i have a pot of prolab ala sitting at home,it dont actually say on it whats it ment to do,

whats it ment to do godfather

your cycle looks fine, only recommendation I would make is that on the days that you run 15mg, i would split it into 3 doses - 1 in the morning, 1 with your midday meal, and 1 at night before bed. This makes the amount saturated in your blood closer to the same at all times.

thanks for the welcome steve, and the friendly advice

i will up the dosage possibly, but i will see how i respond on 10mg a day to start with... after all this is my first pro-steroid cycle so it might have a greater effect on me at the lower doseages 1st time around

i'll try and get some caffeine tabs to prevent lethargy if it becomes a problem

ala is an anti-oxidant, basically it helps muscle absorption of glucose and minerals (something like that, i'm no expect on it), but i've read its a good supplement to take

i'm sure you can search somewhere like www.bodybuilding.com and get a wealth of articles about it

Hey Godfather / Steve,

M1T worked very well for me at 20mg ED, like you Godfather, I tapered up, next time I will go for 20mg ED straight for 14 days.

You might want to preload the 4AD (600-1200mg oral ED) for 14 days prior to starting the M1T (I've only done it this way so can't comment on M1T 1st, then 4AD), the T/D version gave me 'alcohol burns'....the lethargy at 20mgs ED does batter you (My weight at start was200ish lbs) with 4AD and 5AA it was just about bearable - more a constabt tired feeling than complete lethargy.
And make sure you've got all your 'supplementary' supplements together, extra vitC, vitB5, multi Vit, fish oil, hawthorn berry, etc,etc,etc.
Also, I think ALA is vastly underrated - you can get it from a multitude of sources such as flax oil, fish oils, alfalfa sprouts (I'm not a hippy!) etc. It is a superb antioxidant and like most things needs to be taken regularly for 6 wks + to have any effect.
Milk thistle is also very good (I caned my liver in my early years!) - Sainsbury's flog it, 30 tabs for 1.99, just stock up and carry on....

Personally I found M1T quite harsh, higher BP, increased anger/complete lack of compassion for other people, a lot of zits AFTER PCT!!!

But saying that, I'm gonna do another course in the New Year / Early '05 because the gains are high quality, have lasted and your strength does go through the roof!!!

You should not use m1T for a 1st cycle.

It is a strong STERIOD(not PH) and will shut you down very very hard.

I would advise S1+ or 1ad/4ad for a 1st cycke.

sorry but what is the B5 for? i've heard take B12 too, helps with appitite

where do you get hawthorne berry from?

as for the milk thistle could i take it before i do this cycle? (as well as after), just thought it might be good to do a bottle before so my liver is healthy and ready for the challenge

The B5 is to prevent acne.

HaWTHORNE BERY CAN BE BOUGHT FROM HOLLAND AND barrett (sorry about the caps)

Milk thistle should be used 1000mg a day 2 weeks pre cycle, and the same dosage 4weks post cycle

ahh i see... in reply to your first post i am running a S1+ cycle before this (don't worry i will leave a good 2-3 months inbetween them)

the reason i'm looking into M1T now is because of the PH/PS ban in the UK and in the US in Jan (if the prez signs which he will). I want to get stocked up on it all now, and do my research real early, if i run S1+ over xmas/early next year sort of time i might now start M1T till around easter, maybe even next summer! but i want to be a total expert on it by the time i run it

Ah, thats Ok then.

PH are now class III in the UK I believe, so they are the same category as steroids such as deca and tren

I just got 30g 1T
50g 4ad
3600mg M5AA
1 bottle M14add
methyl DHT

So im set. I also purchased the ingredients to make 3.7 litres of transdermal carrier for ~80. Thats about 10x cheaper thn the dermabolics carrier
