Now i don't believe that but how much more training can you do to capitalise on the extra hormones and strength? Also, how much more can you eat without adding fat (or at least very little). I am 6'3 and about 180pounds. I am traing to add muscle but as clean as possible Cheers |

| Making Progress | Double the volume u are using in your workouts (for example 12sets for chest--->20 sets) preferrably do something along the lines of an upper/lower split 2x per week: upper lower rest upper lower rest rest 50sets per upper workout, 30sets per lower. Eat 1000cals over maintenance per day. |
