Started 6OXO immediately after the 4 weeks was up. Am now into the second week of PCT taking 4 x 6OXO in the evening (was doing 6 x in the first week). During the first week my strength still seemed to be improving I guess I still had some andro in the body - however yesterday my chest workout was a real struggle - i always try to do more than i did in my previous weeks workout, but my flat bench press wasn't up to the previous weeks. In fact i had to lower the weight from 110Kgs (3x8) to 105kgs to maintain good form and then only managed (3x6). Is this loss in strength normal when coming off a cycle - can this or similar be expected all the time? Also i noticed after a week of the 6OXO i felt really depressed and couldnt put my finger on what was causing this - except maybe it must be some kind of withdrawal sympton created by the 6OXO. Any advice will be appreciated. Just for information on side effects with the above - i noticed a few spots on my shoulders nothing major, sleepless nights plenty, loss of libido, a little bit of a short fuse though nothing major! Regardless of the above I'm happy with the gains i made with the 1AD & 4AD. After years of working out and trying you name it in the supplement market, these def work (as does creatine/protein) - I'm gonna certainley stop wasting money on herbal crap and all that other stuff that has never shown any benefit to me, including Nitrox, vanadyl sulphate etc. |

You can get the mass gain benefits of the diol prohormones combined with the strength benefits of 1-AD. I've also read similar on bodybuilding.com suggested stacks. |

I found that stack good for strength/poor for mass and it tailed off pretty much straight away. Your sides seem typical and match others, from what I have read. IMO 1-AD is too expensive. I would not take it again. |
