whats the best way to take prohormones?

are they best taken orally in caps, injections etc.?

any ideas peeps?

thinkin of doing a 4 week cycle of 19-nor followed by 4 weeks of 6 OXO?

how long would you recommend taking a prohormone for?

in my experience the best way of taking relatively weak prohormones (like Nor-19) is through transdermals (spraying on a clean patch of skin). It is more effective to take them this way as there are less passes through the liver for the prohormone (compared to a similar oral).

Much cheaper than oral - but a bit of a pain to take (have to remember to spray morning and night).

Either way Id take nor19 for 4-6 weeks, OXO afterwards.

Transdermals do seem to be the current fave way of taking PH's (for how long with all the injectables coming more main stream tho?) however, the carrier cream/gel/liquid can cause an allergic reaction - I've still got the marks where some TD 4AD 'burnt' my biceps/forearms : (

Also, just popping a few pills is a lot easier than spraying, rubbing waiting for the stuff to dry before doing anything!

...Injecting Pro hormones?? :? You might aswell just take the real thing! Its probally more effective, cheaper and less harmfull!

With a non-methylated prohormone like nor19 there should really be little worry of liver damage (when taken orally). Unlike M1T or M1AD etc..

Has any of you ever taken Heavy Weight Noralteen II, sorry to but in, i've just ordered some from LA muscle. Does it work. Claims to put on up to 14pounds of muscle mass in just three weeks. Sound like shite to me, but what the heck, is it worth a try.
