Nope sorry, but this is from the Methyl PH's FAQ's...

Methyl 1,4diol

Here we have a methylated version of the boldenone precursor, 1,4diol. In this version, the methylated version of the diol prohormone has been used instead of the dione. This will allow the hormone only direct conversion to its parent hormone, methylboldenone (Methandrostenolone) better known as Dianabol. Since this is a direct precursor to Dianabol, I would expect the same effects of it such as bloating, water retention and the high possibily of gyno. This is due to the fact that boldenone can aromatize into estrogen, here we would have a more powerful methylated estrogen, Methyl-estradiol. This would obviously be a very good mass builder, imparting gains in size and strength in a very short peroid of time. Obviously, quite a bit of it will be water though. Just as you would run Dianabol, you would want to stack it around 4AD/testosterone. You would want to have a good anti-estrogen on hand such as Nolvadex or Arimidex.

Dosage for this compound has not been determined yet, but should probably be in the same range we've seen the other methylated prohormones. Again, you would not want to use this for more than 6 weeks and have blood work done once the cycle is completed.

Hope this helps Mate.

I did a four week cycle of M1,AD (it was designersupps liquid version) back in february. Made some smallish gains - roughly 6-7lbs before PCT, after PCT around 3lbs.

Personally, I prefer M1T - much better gains overall. The only real plus point for M1,AD compard to M1T is the sides were virtually non-existent compared to M1T. On M1T I always feel pretty rough during the first week.

Regarding the side effects of M1T - during the first couple of days I
feel pretty lethargic and have had flu-like symptoms. Muscle cramps
can get quite bad (I read somewhere that its worth supplementing with
potassium if these symptoms occur - so I eat loads of bananas, seems
to help).

The wierdest thing is the lower back pumps - these can get really painful
when doing stuff like deadlifts, bent over rows etc..

Also can give me a bit of a temper sometimes and to be honest im
a pretty placcid person.

I still quite like it though - it puts on size easy and the pumps you get
can be pretty awesome. You just have to be aware of all the sides.

Also its dirt cheap - I get mine from www.1fast400.com for less than
a tenner a bottle.

Cheers
Jeremy

Hey Guys,

M1T does exactly what it says on the tin - I must've been lucky tho as the sides I experienced where nothing like Jeremy's just a little aggression although the lethargy sucks at 20mg ed!
I did supplement with potassium and taurine all the way thru tho.

How'd you get on with ordering from 1Fast Jeremy? As I've heard they're pretty good in getting your order shipped but won't declare it as a gift on the customs form so you could end up getting stung by UK customs?

I couldnt recommend 1fast more highly - very quick and professional. They wont mark a package as a gift - but ask them to mark as vitamins of value less than $30 and they should be okay.

Ive bought a ton of stuff off them (great price on ephedrine about 4 pound a bottle of 60 last time I ordered some).
