Depending on how you react to prohormones individually (everyones different) you really shouldnt need to use Nolvadex or similar strong antiestrogens when using compounds like 4AD. thats not to say dont keep it to hand. In reality 6OXO should suffice post course.

For me ive never had to use anything stronger than 6OXO post course on PH's. Nolvadex is generally used with dianabol and steroids which aromatise heavily.

Thanks for that scubadog, I have only returned to training last night i'll give it, a few days to get back into it, and then make a decision, on what i'll try, thanks to all for the advice.
