Good report the LM

I haven't seen any of the bloat that somepeople talk about either. But i also haven't felt the lethargy that you had!

I definately agree with the strength thing though I am lifting som much more that I used to.

Hi LM, very interesting cycle you have had, it was also interesting to hear about your ups and downs along the way, one question if i were, for example, a journalist with a monthly magazine that specialised in this supplement/stack, what would you pass on to my readers, and what advice would you give them, i know its an odd one but i would be grateful if you could answer it for me.

Thanks mate.

Dave.

No probs Dave - hypothetically speaking I would...

Consume as much food as you can - this is the only way to grow.
Listen to your body, if you're getting results at 5mg ed don't up the dosage.
Break thru the lethargy thing and get into the gym - the workouts were almost 'superhuman'!
Get your PCT and periphial supplements sorted before starting the cycle.

But my main piece of advice would be to break thru the mental block regarding lifting, for example, you've tried and failed to complete an exercise at a specific increased weight - run this stack and see what happens - my experience shows that what you thought to be far too heavy to lift with good form etc suddenly becomes quite easy, even another notch up the weight ladder is easy!

Hope this helps Dave, if i can be of any more help give us a shout?

Ps, I hope the bad weather in Scotland missed you.

Cool!

Are you still running this mate? - I was sorely tempted to carry it on for another 15 days!

Excellent, thanks a bundle LM, not that i am a journalist, it seemed at the time a pertanent question to ask, which you have done superbly well even though it is all, hypothetical, weather up here would send anyone to the funny farm, and having a real vicious bout of wasps, which doesnt help as i hate them. Thanks for that my friend if i dream up anything else i'll let you know.

Thanks again

Dave.

NP Dave, it was a good idea to try and condense my earlier ramblings down!

I know what you mean about the wasps - we gotta a load of the lil bastards down here...some started to nest in my loft!
So there I am up a ladder squirting wasp killer foam in the airbricks/boards between the brickwork and the roof, bearing in mind I DO NOT like heights! with all this sodding wasp foam stuff spraying back in my face/arms/chest, wasps everywhere looking extremely pissed off about the whole thing - I had to go round and apologise to the neighbours for the language that was coming from me!!!!

Anyway back on track mate, if there is anything else you want to know about this cycle just give us a shout?

Default Weight gains? Waiste of time reading!

Hi all!

I am pretty new to this forum and have been reading through this cycle of yours, but I must admit Im really impressed of the lack of information. Without wanting to be rude I think that without at least a weight and fat % at the beginning and the end, this is a waiste of time reading with regards to training at least.
This have to be as close to a clinical test enviroments with as many as possible factors well described.

My two cents

Default Hey

Hey i was my friend has told me about M1t's and has made me curious about them. I wanted to know what exactly each ingredient in your 'Stack'
does for you specifically. As i am a beginner and would like some advice from someone whom has used the products.
This would be very useful to me.
thanks, mate 8)
