Hi, just thought i would add my log, including meal plan etc. what do you think.
Diet figures Low carb day - protein 241g. carb 51g. fats 64g. added fat 40g. kcals 2104 Med carb day - Protein 218g. carb 142g. fats 55g. added fat 20g. kcals 2115 High carb day - protein 218g. carb 227g. fats 58g. added fat 2g. kcals 2388 Low carb days are cardio and rest days, medium carb are 2 upper body days and high carb is legs day. January 1st measurments weight 77kg waist 33.5 inch hip 4.5inch body fat 20.4% Febuary 1st weight 74kg waist 32 inch hips 39inch body fat 17.7% Pleased with results so far. |
