well my gym is getting a revamp today so i couldn't do much.

DEADS @ 120KG @ 3 X 10

INCLINE @ 70KG @ 4 X 8

SEATED SHOULDER PRESS @ 26KG DB @ 4 X 8

DIPS @ 3 X 10

BICEP CURLS @ 3 X 10

CRUNCHES WITH 10KG PLATE @ 5 X 20
