| Learning and Improving | Yesterday Chest Bench Press 4x5 @ 50kg 1x3 @ 50kg Failure Incline Dumbell Press 5x5 @ 22.5kg Dumbells Today - Goodday, Iddn't do bent over rows, because i forgot some how ;s! oh well have to make sure i do tehm next week.
