Default SilverLiner's Journal

I'll be honest, I feel pretty intimidated coming to this website and reading about all these weights and lifts that people are doing. I feel like I'm a fish out of water but this is a great place to feel motivated...which is what I need right now. Too often I fall back into a slump but I'm fed up with it now...so I'm hoping writing down what I'm eating, exercising and gaining will help me.

I'm not expecting anyone to read this or even make any comments...but any comments would be fantastic...because if I just did this in a book somewhere then no-one would be able to point out something I was doing wrong. So if anyone has anything to add or suggest then please do :-)

Goodluck SilverLiner

Hopefully you will keep up the log and it will certainly motivate you to achieve your goals.

BTW - What are your goals?

Thanks CMinOZ :-)

I don't really have any goals, weight wise at the moment. Or more specifically, I don't have a target at the moment, just to put on as much weight as I can. I go to the gym twice a week (which I'll be logging as well) so I'm hoping any weight I gain will be turned into muscle.

I cannot believe the sh1t you are eating and remain at that weight - You really need to change up your diet and start getting some serious clean calories inside you. Do yourself a favour and get rid of the junk

Like these lads have said... You need to sort your diet out mate. I've been lifting for about 3 years and only the last 8 weeks i have sorted my diet out. I've probably made more gains in the last 8 weeks than i did over 3 year. Diet is so important!

as you can see m8 plenty of people will read your journal . your diet is terrible to be honest . you need to be eating 5 to 6 meals aday with a protien source at each one and plenty of carbs and good fats,

at your body weight a bit of chocolate and junk wont hurt you but get in the good stuff first. there is loads of diet info on here if you do a bit of reseach.

no need to feel intimidated m8 eveybody started somwere if you need to know anything just ask there are some good knowledgable guys and girls on here .

Exclamation Re: SilverLiner's Journal

Good luck with the training Silverliner, everyone has already said it but your diet is the pits! you want at least that many calories from cleanish food. If you want some suggestions pleas ask.

Still should be easy to sort out and you really should see a difference when you do! Pizza for breakfast you should have your sign of as Donatello....
