Rep Power: SilverLiner is on a distinguished road
Default Re: SilverLiner's Journal

Thanks for the replies guys, I really appreciate it. I know I'm on a terrible diet at the moment and the main problem, I think, is that I simply don't know how to cook anything. I'm used to putting things in the microwave or oven for ten minutes and then snacking on junk food. But I basicly need a lot of fresh meat inside me?

Fat Boy's right all you need, is to be able to boil water in a pan for rice and veg, a microwave for fish, 2min rice etc, poor boiling water over oats for porridge and a George Foreman to cook all the meat, I get through at least one a year!
