Posts: 2,650 Rep Power: ![]() | Volume Day Leg/Ham Curl and Leg Extension Superset. 10 x 10 @ 75kg (both machines) Massive massive pump. Failure came on the 96th rep of the Leg Extension (196th rep in total) No rest either. Just kept switching between machines. Who says Volume and Intensity don't go hand in hand? ![]() So that was 15ton shifted in under 15mins. |
