THS Picture Thread (March to Sept)

Hi Tall

Looking leaner for sure, I would say your lower chest has improved along with shoulder caps and arms.

Have you decided what you're doing with the diet carbs back in or carb cycling etc?

Morning Chris - lower chest does look better on that shot. I think the shot may be a bit better than real life (i.e. looks a bit leaner than I am...) but I'm pleased with the improvments. I'm getting to where I want to be.

Having a few carbs with breakfast - low carbing generally for a bit longer and introducing some carbs in with my evening meal. Will have a refeed every 4th day, with carbs kept to < 100g generally I'm thinking...

But I still need to do some more thinking on it
