I can't really talk about how I got my calipers. I had to make nice with a sport science student. LOL No I didn't have sex.

New Month New workout

Walking lunges 10/20
Push ups 3xF
BB Squats 10/20
Cable Seated Row 10/20

Cardio Crank 2

DB Overhead Press 10/20
BB Good Morning 10/20
Skull Crush 10/20

Workout went well and faster than I expected. Cardio crank totally kicked my butt.

I'm adding pics. The first pic is 2003 at my sister's wedding. I was huge! Second one was taken in Oct 2005, I'm about a stone and 1/2 thinner now. I need to get my butt in gear and take a new pic.
