No worries. I can see your point. I don't put down the exact amount of each on here, because I can't be bother. One strawberry isn't really that awful in a salad neither is a 1/4 a of banana. However, I'm not in contest prep. I think too many people eliminate carbs. Also, diet comes down to the look you are trying to achieve. If I wanted to be a huge couch potato I eat junk all day. Ultimately, I'm aiming for a bikinia america look which is not too hard, but more toned. I think when changing your eating you need to experiment and see what does and does not work for you.

Day off from training today, but I'm at work for 5 tonight. BLAH!!! I just bought New Rules of lifting the other day. It's one of the best books I've read in a long time. It cuts through the crap of what fitness magazines advertise as being the best workout for body parts.

I'm so hungry today. I've been chomping on cucumbers. I may have to resort to sugar-free gum if things don't get better! I'm still looking for someone to takes pics of me so I can post. No luck yet!

Fell asleep instead of working out today. I'm a bit upset with myself, but I'm guessing my body needed the sleep. Plus, I fell in the yard at work yesterday trying to take stupid plastic crates out. My arms and legs are black and blue and totally scratched up. No one even had the decency to come over and see if I was okay. I guess I can lift tomorrow.

I made it to the gym today. I had to cycle my workout as it's the end of the month. I won't start a new one until the first.
My bench press has increased and I can now to t-push ups without stopping after every third push up.
Cardio was kick ass and I'm still feeling the burn sitting here. I did 19 minutes NROL workout plus 10 on the stationary bike. I went to a website to check my bodyfat. It's down to 19%. I'm pretty proud considering a few years ago it was nearly 30%. I'm thinking about going to the competition in Pudsey. I've never been there, but I think it would be a good opportunity to see what it's all about. I've looked at some of the toned figure pics. I'm thinking by mid 2008, I def could compete.

Do you mean where you measure your wrist, waist and hips etc and it works it out for you (if so they dont work...) or do you mean you've taken the results from a 5 point caliper test and a web site did all the hard maths for you...?

Caliper and the site did all the math. Although, I probably could have done it myself. I'm a total geek.
