August 2nd 2005: Turned 16; so I was allowed to attend my local gym. February 2nd 2007: Just started a program at the gym (why didn't I do this beforehand?) and i've recently bought a benchpress to improve my arm, chest and shoulder muscles. I'm going to gradually progress through the weights so it builds up momentum throughout the next couple of months. February 5th 2007: Started my second part of the program that focuses on the leg and lower chest muscles; very challenging work but I feel worn out and tired after doing to the workout, so I hope it makes a slight difference in the coming months. |

I think they're really useful to chart your progress - the ups and the downs and to get some feedback from the other members One thing that strikes me from what you've written so far is that you haven't mentioned doing anything for back. Is that an oversight or are you missing out training your back. I never trained my back for the first 2 years of training and have been playing catch up ever since |
