well, i've kept 140kg on the squats. gona keep it at that for a few more weeks.
bench press has gone up to 72.5kg now, so improving slightly.
been having a bit of trouble with deadlifts of late, so gona try rest pauses from now on. depending on how i feel, will probably try them at 150kg next session.

due to picking up a bit of a back problem, i took a short time off.
started back again, but haven't gone over the top with the weight.
squat - 120kg
deads - 120kg

also, thought i'd try not using a belt, (with it being a reasonable weight anyways). maybe thats why i've been having trouble. supported so much thats its not actually 'working' the muscles properly..i duno..
either way...think my form has improved with keeping the weight down.

back/shoulders today.
deadlifts: 130kg 4x5 (no belt) - found them easy again. 1x5 150kg (with belt) again, easy enough! happy.
only problem was that i found my grip going on the third set, so had to use use straps, so probably why i found them so easy. used a belt on the last set just to be on the safe side.
bent over rows: 70kg 3x6-8
pull ups: 1x5, 1x4, 1x4, 1x3, 1x3
found my grip going more than anything - forearms were just numb from other sets!
one arm rows: 30kg 3x10
shrugs: 40kg DB 3x10
shoulder press: 50kg 2x4, 45kg 1x6 (duno what happened here!)
side lat raises: 10kg 2x6-8, 7kg 1x10

decided that i'm not doing way enough cardio...
so spurred on by the addition of an extra chin, my off days (tues, and thurs....possibly sat too...) are now my cardio days, starting from today.
