rack lockouts off power rack (pins below knees)

set 1 120kgs for 5 reps

set 2 220kgs for 3 reps

set 3 260kgs for 3 reps

set 4 300kgs for 3 reps

set 5 340kgs for 6 reps very hard set ******

shoulder shrugs

set 1 120 kgs for 6 reps with straps, the aim is to hit the traps, not to improve grip.

set 2 220 kgs for 6 reps totaly fryed after that.

Feeling good after todays session, rack lockouts are getting stronger.. I like the rack lockouts, as nothing improves your grip quite like locking out a weight you cant lift from the floor. I dont use my lifting suit for the lockouts, I find the raw lockout gives you more when you put the lifting suit on.

post workout 2 scoops of Extreme whey / porridge oats with blueberry's (mmm) 5mgs creatine / 5 glutamine capsules.
