did indeed mate went on monday was really good pumping music sound lads and had a mate there to spot me which really helped me push my self more 8)

2moro onwards is where i finks its all going to go good last week has been up and down with sickyness ops:

havent been on for a few weeks or so finally got sum decent work outs going in the gym with my new training partner spotting me helpd me lift heavyer to, felt it the next day DAMM felt huge lol


plus my bodys felling bigger and fuller if that makes sense ops:


all in all going good

just incase any one thinks i disappered i havent having to use the missis comp as mine has got a bleedy virus WHY!!!! its a pointless bleedy virus !!!

arghhhh

trainings going well slowely getting heavyer and deffinately more confident in and out of gym my mum and dad have noticed a attutude change in me to, say im more relaxed and confident so cant be bad alround 8)

thought id updat my progress,

as u know debating the cycle and have been reserching all aspects in the ins and outs and the whys etc,

also trying to get to know a few more ppl at the gym because the lad i train with seems to be losin interest slowly- and i dont completly trust his spotting

also would be good to learn more from sum local lads and even end up wirh a similer minded mate to train with whos goals are the same - sumone whos interested in pusshin me not im running late !!!

also would any one recommend a change to my training program ?

or should i keep it the same ?

any comments advice welcome
