Was wanting to hit the big time with test enth, but was having problems, so i've decided to use what i've got in the house. I did an SD cycle at the end of last year and gained 14 lbs. However, i've heard from many people that the second cycle is not very sweet, so i'm going for this. Week 1: Max LMG 75mg Week 2: Max LMG 75mg and 10 mg Pheraplex and 2mg Superdrol Week 3: Max LMG 75mg and 20 mg Pheraplex and 3 - 4 mg Superdrol Week 4: Max LMG 75 mg and 20 mg Pheraplex and 5 mg Superdrol then the usual PCT - Nolva and either Clomid or RXT, just to be on the safe side, although i imagine Nolva would be enough. I've just come off a disasterous cut. I dunno what the hell happened, because things were going well - i was looking alot more toned, but before i know it, i'm a pear shape with really poor muscle bellies. I've been bulking now for two weeks to allow myself to get used to eating alot more food, but i really cant wait to hit the wonder supplements cos i'm just reeeally pissed off and downhearted with my state after that cut. After the cut, i'm just under 13 stone. 5'11 tall. My long term goal is to be a rock solid 15 stone, but i'm realistic and realise that will prob take a few years (at least to be a high quality 15 stone). I was ideally gonna go for an Omnadren or Test Enth cycle (12 weeker), but as i say have had trouble. I believe i could put on more quality and sustainable weight with these, but as i said i just really want to do SOMETHING and not sit around any longer. I'm annoyed cos this means i will have to postpone the aforementioned cycle til next year, as i'm going away for christmas this year and that would interfere with PCT by my calculations. Anyway, regarding my proposed cycle, i've seen someon on AM gain over 20 lbs on this cycle - it seems that the small amount of SD has a synergistic effect on the PP. I wasnt wanting to use a full SD cycle as last time i really found the shin splints to be debilatating - i hope PP has less sides in this respect. Routine: Mon: Arms - 6 -9 sets each for biceps and triceps, 3 sets for forearms. I throw things around a bit - sometimes supersets, different exercises etc. Barbell curls and Dips are always there tho. Tues (or Sat) - legs. Squats, leg presses, leg curls, standing calf raises Thurs - Chest and shoulders day. I am going to alternate which body part i do first, cos i notice my shoulders are alot weaker than when i used to train them alone. So i think i'll train my shoulders before chest, as my shoulders are starting to lag. Fri - Back, Traps. Deads, rows, back extensions, 40 pull ups, - working on my reps, so i do as many sets as it takes to reach 50. gonna throw in abs somewhere random too. i neglected abs during my last cycle, i wont do that again. dunno about cardio - might do it 15 mins * 2 a week so when i'm done with PCT, it's not too much of a shock to the system when i start doing it again. |

Heading to the gym now to do arms, so will see if weights have gone up more than normal. Had an awful stomach as of late - don't know if this is due to the LMG or just a coincidence. Hope i'm not losing all the extra food i'm eating lol diet today: 1. 50 grams protein + 80 grams oatmeal 2. banana + protein bar (bar = 25/40/15) 3. 100 grams roast beef wi 4 slices wholemeal bread + omega 3 spread 4. 50 grams whey + 100 oats shake 5. 200 grams lamb, 100 grams potatoes, 2 slices wholemeal bread 6. protein bar (was going to have something else pre workout but just made these and they're really nice!) <workout> 7. PWO shake - 50 grams protein 50 grams dextrose 8. 150 grams lamb, 150 grams potatoes, 2 slices wholemeal bread 9. olives + 25 gram whey shake (olives to slow down absorption of whey) am gradually gonna increase my fat intake this week up to next, but don't wanna do it too suddenly. need to buy flax oil and PB on way home from work tomorrow! time for some fruit juice and CEE then off to hit dem guns! |

| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Edinburgh Posts: 121 Rep Power: ![]() | weighed myself on friday and am up 2 lbs from the monday that week. gonna go to the gym today and weight myself. should be back up over 13 stone today, i hope. i'm a bit disgusted with myself cos i've not done any leg training for two weeks! i do a 4 day split, with legs on tuesday - i always seem to make excuses not to go. also, i always get a sore lower back the day after. i'm imagining it's the squats rather than the leg press. will get someone to video me with my phone or ask someone to watch my form. had a really dodgy stomach lately. i know i don't tolerate milk well, so don't know if it's my All In One whey or if its downing powdered oats too quickly, or my Max LMG. On saturday i didnt have any whey, oats or max lmg cos i was away and cought short, so it makes it harder to narrow down. this is quite annoying as the powdered oats really help me to get the the calorie amount i need for this bulk, and i rely heavily on whey for breakfast and mid afternoon. i've postponed PP til next monday, meaning i'll be on Max LMG only, for two weeks.i figured if i'm gaining, it cant hurt to do it for another week before i up the ante by adding PP and SD into the mix. |

I agree that an injectable test enth or omnadren would have been far better, be careful with all these orals as although they 'work' they also affect cholesterol horrifically and also give your liver a good kicking. I had a bad stomach when bulking, i blame the amount of whey i was consuming (it does look like your relying on protein bars etc, which always cause the shits) and protien bars, and milk. look forward to seeing more of your posts, Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

Well, i've altered my original cycle plans as i think i said in my last post, so that I'm on Max LMG standalone for two weeks before i hit the PP + SD. Weight is up 3 kg since i started, so cant complain. However, i'm getting KILLER shin pains. i'm hobbling around like an old woman whenever i walk more than ten mins. spose i should maybe get the bus everyday, but that amounts to an extra £60 due to this cycle. taking taurine but it doesnt seem to prevent it. will start megadosing tomorrow. think i should change my training split. at the mo i'm doing chest and shoulders on the same day, and my shoulders poundages really suffer. that said, i killed them with lateral raises today, but i think presses are best overall for mass. will start incorporating weighted ab movements tomorrow. tomorrow is deadlift day! |

| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Edinburgh Posts: 121 Rep Power: ![]() | Quick update - put on 4 kg after 3 weeks of Max Lmg only. Just hit the Pheraplex and SD last monday. So far all is normal, although i'm having trouble keeping to my usual routine this week cos of random engagements. Quite frustrating but i'll just adapt my workouts this week to make sure all body parts get their fair share. Got really shite acne at the moment - got it on the face first, but luckily it's clearing up. Got some on my chest at the mo tho, and they're proving more stubborn. I'm hoping they were a side from the LMG and won't be aggravated by the PP. We'll see. Luckily i've got a bit of antibiotic cream and will hit the Nizoral (i hear it's good used as soap over acne) and B5 if things don't clear up, or i might see the GP, although i hope they won't do a bloodtest. Strength has gone up very slightly, probably at the rate where it would naturally, on a good week at least. I guess this might be inevitable since i'm probably less intense in my workouts now as now i'm working full time, rather than being a student. I feel quite lethargic at times - dunno if this is the supplements or just cos i'm not used to working full time! Missed my back workout on friday, was going to do it today but got roped into doing gardening, and my gym closes early at the wknd. Quite frustrating, but i'll just go wild with pull ups on my bar at home, and some medium weight rows on my old barbell here. Annoyed that i can't hit the deads! |
