| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Staffordshire Posts: 58 Rep Power: ![]() | Well 1st day of journal, trained back and tri's, great work out needed half hour rest on bed after, total wipe out. did 3 sets chin ups, 3 sets pull downs and 3 sets seated rows, then 3 sets triceps push downs and then DBell overhead pushup's. Diet is excellent at the moment, misses moaning her bag off nothing new there. Ill be posting some pics soon. Weigh 11 stone 13 at the moment with not a great deal of body fat. |
