As I lose more weight and get fitter people who had vertually ignored me in the gym are now coming over for a chat, in shops and buses and taxis, they seem more courtious than they were. People in general are more friendly and seem to have more time to listen to me. I find this quite weird!!! I find it quite upsetting really that just from losing just over a stone this last few weeks makes such a difference, I found my self thinking that I was the same person I was a few weeks ago so If you couldn't be arsed to talk to me then, bugger off!!! Has anyone else found they are treated better as you get into better shape? xx |

Are you one of thoose really massive scarey guys then?! I always make it a priority to go and speak to the big scary people, they're normally the nicest most down to earth people in the gym. The managers at the gym I work really kind of tut about the big scarey body builders as so many people feel intimidated by them, I think though it is good to see people working so hard and achieving such results!! x |
