Default The Bulk Begins ( YG's first cycle)

Always being happier cutting is something I'm used to. I'm much more into looking aesthetically pleasing than being a monster. Vanity is one of my main motivations at the gym and will continue to be so. I find powerlifters about the stuypidest most uninspring people I could imagine. Bodybuilding is my thing. With that in mind I very rarely go on an all out bulk. I want to maintain looking aesthetically pleasing at all times.

Anyway enough with that bollocks. Iv'e decided to do my first cycle proper justice I'm all out bulking for the next four months. At which point I hope to be significantly heavier but do expect an increase in fat total hopefully not too much as a %.

I'm beginning serious bulking tomo as well as all my on cycle ancilliaries in preperation for my cycle which is beginning next monday.

I've ate a ton today but I'm a meticulous guy so I like to do things very ordered so I am counting the bulk as starting from tomo.

Anyway stats as of today are

Height 5.7
Weight 172 pounds
BF% I estimate around 10%

Lifts to note

Bench 110kg ( I have lifted 125kg before currently 110kg )
Dead 170kg
Squat 150kg
Shoulder press 85kg

I will take measurements and pics very soon and add them to this log.

The Gear

D-bol - weeks 1 - 6 30mg p/d
Test enan weeks 1 - 12 500mg p/w

Obviously follwed by correct PCT.

Goals

To hit 200 pounds
to hit a 200kg dead
to hit a 130kg bench
to hit 6 reps 110kg bench
to hit 6 reps 40kg dumbell shoulder press
To finish cycle at 200 pound plus with <15% bodyfat. Anything other would be a huge fat gain.

I'm looking forward to this immensly. I have a needle phobia which I have to overcome but other than that I am very excited. My girlfriend is being amazing and very supportive so bring on the gains.

so your girl knows about you juicing? crazy!

needles are NOTHIN man, don't even think about it till the day comes, there are a couple of sites on here that'll help you, PM me if you want any personal advice, just make sure you have some greens/blues, syringes and swabs and your good to go (needle exchange is great for all these if you can get to one)

as for your cycle it looks good, although i'd run the dbols 4-5 weeks tops, any longer might be a struggle, but if you plan for 6 you'll see what i mean, does get unplesant towards the end (the effects of the estrogen just seem to culminate, you'll be bloated as a pregnant woman by the end of them!), test looks fine, but be prepared for acne and possible gyno at that dose, what ancilleries are you running?

also do you plan on running hcg? if not get some!

one more word of advice, don't neglect cardio, and don't go too crazy with the cals, each cycle i've done i've put on weight wayy too fast, not good for health and also means i've added a lot of fat, body can only put on muscle so fast, even on the sauce, eat well, train hard (lifting and some cv), get plenty of rest, and you will grow!

Yeah I was considering running Swales HCG but probably will just high dose it towards the end.

I'm cool with being bloated in all honesty I'm scarificing my aesthic look for a few months to put on decent size. As for cardio I never neglect it and my metabolism can cope with 5000 cals a day natural so I'm not too worried about huge amounts of excess fat but we'll see.

As far as the dbol goes though yeah I have enough for 6 weeks but If it becomes a problem I have no problem stopping at four.

Yeah she knows we have talked about it a lot she's read a lot of research papers with me etc shes very intelligent and open minded. She's prepared to let me aslong as I agree to stop if the side effects affect us, which is cool with me.

I was considering running 250mg every 4 days and also running Turinabol as a pose to dbol but I just though **** it.

Ancilliaries are Hawthorne Berry, RRY, Saw Palmetto,Co q 10, Milk Thistle and Desiccated Liver.

As well as Flax seed, EPA, multi vits,vit C,Vit b5, Vit B complex all of which are continuous.

i'd advise taking swales approach to the hcg, the old high doses towards the end approach is old skool and very out-dated, hcg is proven to be more effective and cause less side effects in small frequent doses, as opposed to fewer big doses

glad to hear you value the benefits of cardio, few juicers do but it always pays off, and is great for body comp and vascularity despite the obvious health benefits

the on/off cycle supps look fine to me, this takes me back to my first cycle, i'm well excited for you man, i think your strength targets are pretty modest, thats a big weight target but certainly achievable on a 1st test/dbol cycle IMO, you should do well on this, its good to see you've researched well too, try get some progress pics if poss
