I had a great shoulder and bi work out was really motivated and got a great pump. Could have been the fact that I took Ginko before hand for the first time in a while or just placebo focus who knows anyway was a great workout felt very strong. Got 65kg standing military press for 6 reps which at my weight is a good lift, that was the only lift to note. Did my first injection around 3 hours ago, I'll walk everyone through it. Drawing turned out to be harder than I thought as I was pretty nervous and my hands were shaking a bit but that was cool eventually got every drop of test in. Was being so ridiculously cautious to be clean and used so many alcohol wipes, went way over the top. Wiped the vial, the knife I used to file the white ring, the biro lid and two on my glutes 1 before and 1 after. As far as the injection itself my girlfriend did the most of it. I prepared everything and I did the actual jabbing part which didn't immediately pierce the skin but was easy enough I guess. She did the aspirating whilst I held the syringe and then she pushed the plunger and the test in. Shes being great about the whole thing, in fact shes completely awesome. I pulled the syringe out after it took about 20 secs for all the test to go in she did teh alcohol wiping and job done. I had to sit down as apparently I went pretty white my ears rang a little and I felt pretty dizzy. Sat down for about 5 minutes quickly ate a bowl of alpen to sort of calm me down and take my focus off stuff etc then went for a walk with her for about 20 mins as was cool. I'm very needle phobic and without her there 1. I'm not sure I would have done it and 2. It would have been ****ing hard to do a glute shot. Think the next one will be easier, and I'm sure as I go I'll get used to them but I am needle phobic to the point of not having had innoculations before etc.. so today was a massive step. Anyway enough of that I'll get measurements and stuff up tomo. Bring on the mass. |
